What I saw on my walk

I have always liked taking walks, on flats and long walk. Even as a child I was happy to walk and do my different errands. I did not do it because it was healthy or because I thought I was being active.
And then we fast forward to my forties, possibly when I needed to walk even more, I went everywhere by car, parked as close to the supermarket entrance as possible and wondered why don’t we have drive-through banks, etc like they do in the USA.
And this is how it happens, even to your resilience, it slowly gets eroded and diminished without you even noticing and things creeps upon you slowly until bam, you are in a state of resistance or burn out.

One of my values is to reflect and to socialise and get enhance my value through nature, so I take walks. This blog is going to tell you what I saw on my walks and how it added to my valubank…..
