"Vhaalu helps you to achieve a resilient, happy and productive workforce"

About Dr Nike

Dr Nike Arowobusoye is the founder and Director of Vhaalu. Her passion for improving population health, being curious and inspiring the people to do their best job is brought together in Vhaalu. Over the years whilst working with different staff, stakeholders, communities and partners on population projects to improve physical and mental health and wellbeing, Dr Nike saw the  need to infuse value into the system to improve health and well-being, give people the desire to do their best work, skills to be able to create an environment for them to be productive, support their positive mental health and create their valubank for resilience.

Underpinning this is her training as a consultant in public health medicine, Fellow of Faculty of Public Health, ILM Level 7 coaching qualification, City and Guild training the trainers, other organisational development and leadership courses and workshops and lots of talking and listening to people.

Dr Nike succeeded in breaking the glass ceiling when she rose to her Director level role in 2016. She aspires to support individuals and teams to reach higher heights in health care across the UK  through her coaching and consultancy programme particularly for those who feel marginalised or working against chronic challenges.

She supports clients to find their own solutions, unlock talent and unblock obstacles which allows them to be the best they can be. Dr Nike facilitates clients to enhance personal and organisational delivery. Nike believes that we have a “valubank” that we can grow to support our personal resilience.

As an executive leadership and personal development coach, Dr Nike works with clients to explore their self -limiting beliefs, values and she thrives from seeing people develop insights that make change happen for them.

Nike enjoys dancing and taking long walks (with beautiful views) to stay active and clear minded.  Nike has three grown up daughters and lots of nieces and nephews.
